My life changed dramatically when I started focusing and being grateful for all I had instead of what was missing. I simply changed the way I thought and went from always feeling depressed (diagnosed with chronic depression in my 20's) to being really joyful most of the time. This was over 10 years ago and while it felt false at first to keep reminding myself to focus on the good it quickly became a habit and as a result, I saw the world so differently.
If anyone would like to share one thing they are grateful for please post it below.
I'm thankful for this community, finding it and reading the forums has put me on, and kept me on the right track financially. So thanks SaverLife peeps:)
