What is the best way to bulls credit when trying to buy a house!
So many great ideas and so much good info regarding building credit thanks y’all
I've learned that missing just a single credit payment has a devastatingly negative impact on your credit score. It seems it's easier to lower your credit score than it is to raise it.
Does anybody know a company to use to build credit, or a site to use that want mess up your credit for checking it?
A good tip is to use your credit card and pay it the same day!
I obtained a secured credit card and this helped my credit go up.
My credit score went up 11 points
Use credit card and pay on jt
I am 40 years old I have never owned a credit card but there are things on my credit that I have no idea what they are and I'm trying so hard to build up my credit to start making a better life for my kids and myself but my question is is there a credit card company or a loan agency that'll help me out if my score is less that 500??

I use chimes credit builder.
I've noticed that many articles mentioning what goes into your credit score say how beneficial real estate loans are.
What they never mention is whether a reverse mortgage for those 62+ is as beneficial as an equity credit line or traditional mortgage.
I do know that some store accounts that do not specify a credit limit ranks low on credit building because the credit scoring has to guess what number to assign as a limit, so it makes you appear to have less available credit than you may.
I just started using SELF. You pay monthly payments into a CD and at the end of the 24 month period you get your money back and build your credit at the same time. After 3 month months of on time payments you can get a credit card through them also.
I thought about trying SELF as well. I'm curious as to how much of an impact it has on ur credit score after the 24 months.
I use smart money to monitor my credit.
no luck applying for a credit card with my bank. I want to build any credit so I will keep trying.
Chime bank also offers credit cards, like a secured credit and itll add money to it every time you are paid.
Thanks for the insights
